Guillermo Tellechea is a media artist and filmmaker based in Vienna. His practice operates at the intersection of analog film, digital post-production, and performative projection formats. Through serial portraits as well as filmic, photographic, and site-specific works, he explores encounters between people, questions of belonging, imaginations of future ways of living, and the fragile materiality of moving images. A central focus lies in long-term portrait projects that understand filmmaking as an open, continuous process and as a space for exchange, empathy, and resistance.
