Austrian musician, composer, and sound artist Fennesz (*1962 in Vienna, lives and works in Vienna) is regarded as one of the most influential figures in experimental music. Through his acclaimed solo works and collaborations with Ryuichi Sakamoto, David Sylvian, Jim O’Rourke and others, he imbues complex sound compositions with unexpected emotional resonance and physicality.
