Cousines Like Shit is the band project of the two Austrian cousins Laura and Hannah Breitfuss, known for their “Avant Trash” sound—A mix of lo-fi, indie-pop and punk, paired with sharp and ironic lyrics. After their debut album AVANT TRASH (2023), their second album, Permanent Earthquake, is set for release in March 2025. The first single, ‘NO’ is already out!
The duo has taken their dynamic live performances beyond Austria, playing shows across Germany, the UK, Europe, and the USA. Joined on stage by a powerful rhythm section of bass and drums, they deliver a raw energy that’s carving their place in the international indie music scene.
